Discover More card has made transferring your high interest balance from MULTIPLE HIGH INTEREST CREDIT CARDS really simple.
When you go to the Discover application, you'll come to a section called "Transfer a Balance" with a check box marked "Yes! I want to transfer a balance to the Discover card." Just check that box. Later in the application process you'll be able to enter the credit card account numbers of ALL the cards you want to pay off (up to your credit limit, of course) and those balances will AUTOMATICALLY be paid off by Discover when your application is approved.
One small disclosure: Your 0% is actually 3%. The reason? Discover charges a 3% "balance transfer fee" on the transferred amount, so in effect you are paying 3% fixed for 6 months. A pretty good deal, we think... especially when you consider that all NEW purchases for the first six months are 0% APR. This means that when you make at least your minimum payment for the first six months, the ENTIRE payment goes to pay off your credit card debt, and not a penny toward interest.

Warehouse purchases (those made at select warehouse clubs, discount stores and their affiliates) earn .25%. We do not include warehouse purchases or 5% Cashback Bonus program purchases (up to the dollar limit specified in each applicable program) in calculating your total annual purchases to determine your tier level. Rewards are redeemable in $20 increments. Rewards have no expiration date; however, if your account is closed for any reason or inactive for 18 consecutive months or if you fail to make the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date for two consecutive billing periods, your Cashback Bonus will be forfeited. Full terms and conditions will be sent with your card.
