Sudoku is a simple game played on a 9x9 grid, divided up into nine 3x3 grids which contain some numbers (givens) to start with, while leaving others empty. The goal is to fill in all each row and column of the grid with numbers from 1 to 9 so that every column, row and sub-grid (box of 9) contains all numbers from 1 to 9 without any repetitions. While it's a numbers game, you don't have to be a mathematical genius to solve these puzzles - just some logic and a bit of patience.
