What are Viewpoint or
Intercept Interviews?
An Intercept Interview involves you, the
Interviewer, surveying Customers as they
exit a client establishment. The
questionnaire usually consists of multiple
choice, rating and some short open ended
questions. Most surveys take only two to
four minutes per Customer. Often the
Customer will receive an incentive (coupon)
upon completion of the survey.

is someone who visits an establishment Hotel
for the purpose of evaluating the customer
service, product quality, presentation and
other specific details as requested by our
clients. Our shoppers follow specific
instructions during their visit and complete
a written report after leaving the
establishment.

establishments and pose as typical
customers. When they leave, they fill out
report forms that are custom-designed for
each client as well as writing a narrative

When I do a hotel shop,
how much will I be paid and what expenses
are reimbursed?
Shopper Fees range from $100 to $300 per
night, based on the type of property and
report type. You are reimbursed for your
travel costs (up to a client established
maximum). Room charges are usually reversed
after you check out and reasonable "on
property" expenses are reimbursed.
