Volunteer Travel Opportunities
Here are some examples of organizations who accept volunteers, but who aren't specifically engaged in volunteer travel. These organizations typically offer short term volunteer opportunities in a wide variety of interesting and life-altering situations... where volunteering would indeed wind up being a 'volunteer vacation'.
